T-Bone steaks are a must have for any steak lover. The combination both the Sirloin and Fillet cuts cooked on the bone ensure them to be the show stopper for any meal.
Our beef comes from British Native Breeds. Working closely with our farming partners we can ensure it is always highest animal high quality.
A selection of our steaks are dry-aged in our state of the art drying chambers. In doing so we enhance the flavour and texture, transforming the already flavoursome prime beef we sell.
