Once it is Dry-Aged on the bone for 21-28 days in our specialist dry aging chambers, the flavor deepens, the meat tenderizes further transforming this beef into something we really believe is something special.
Delivery: Please note our delivery days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week, to ensure all products that leave us are perfect
